Problem: Card processor extended discounts to Retailers who provided specific retail data in exchange for a discounted Merchant Processing fee. Some Retailers provided bogus data that could not be sold but kept the discount. Could AI identify the bogus data without expensive manual intervention so that preventative measures could be taken?




Solution: Cocolevio created a rules-based data policy engine to audit Retailer compliance to their merchant agreement. Data-specific breaches were prescriptively appended to demand letters to enforce the agreements between our Merchant Services client and their Retail partners.
Problem: A major CPG brand surged in popularity but faced a matching surge in counterfeit products copying their image and style on duplicate products. The Brand could not hire quickly enough, nor could existing personnel quickly verify and escalate these copycats to Legal response teams. Could an AI solution help reduce the need for manual intervention and improve their responsiveness to this growing threat to their bottom line?

Solution: Cocolevio created a computer vision system that mapped and trained on brand visual data to identify copycat products, creating a multifaceted Similarity Index to match against duplicates. Non brand Outliers were automatically reported, escalated to intervention teams to defend risks to their brand and revenue. Response times increased and time to remediation (recouped revenue, fees, penalties) increased.
Problem: A Boutique Technical Recruiting and Software Engineering Firm quickly ramped up staffing efforts during the Pandemic. In pursuing technical (software engineering, full stack developers, domain specialists) candidates to fulfill clients' open roles, quality was uneven. The candidate assessment process also required alot of time from the Engineering teams to verify and rank technical abilities. Could AI reduce this burden and improve efficiency and quality?

Solution: Cocolevio created an AI tool that was trained on technical resumes and candidate responses to technical assessments and automated the resume evaluation, technical assessment and scoring/reviewing process. The custom model cut fill times by 73%, improved quality and retention by 41% and reduced costs to serve by 600%.
Problem: Cybersecurity threats have become an increasing concern for corporations. Unauthorized access, compromised credentials, and anomalous user behaviors pose significant risks to sensitive data and critical systems for our clients, and current security measures often fail or are not enough to detect subtle malicious activities that leave a company vulnerable to breaches.




Solution: Our AI-driven security tool Cocolevio Security Control Center (CSCC) enhances our cybersecurity footprint by deploying intelligent agents for real-time anomaly detection and access control. One agent monitors user activities across devices, browsers, and locations, by identifying and blocking suspicious behaviors while providing recommendations and an audit trail. Another agent ensures compliance with the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) by continuously evaluating user roles and permissions, flagging unauthorized changes, and offering recommendations for approval or rejection. Our AI tool proactively mitigates threats for companies that have a high demand for security.
